This maintenance free wicker is made of synthetic wicker fibers; it is durable, non-fading, and through-colored material that is both dirt and insect resistant and is wrapped over a powder coated aluminum frame for additional durability.

While teak wood is naturally quite weatherproof and long-lasting, there are a few simple things you can do to extend your furniture's lifespan.
First, clean the furniture periodically with a soft brush and mild soap solution to remove dirt and debris, then rinse thoroughly with water and allow it to dry.
Teak naturally weathers to a silver-gray patina over time, but if you prefer to maintain its golden-brown color, you can apply a teak sealant, usually every 3-6 months (depending on exposure to the elements).
